Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy 

If you are not 100% delighted with your purchase from Mate, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item(s) ordered are unopened and in the original packaging. The order cannot be refunded if the appropriate number of items are not present or if it has been received damaged. 

How to initiate your return? 

Send us an email via our contact form on our website or at info@matefruitbar.com and state why you wish to return the items. 

Go to the website and click on the “Contact us” link at the bottom of the page. 

Fill out the form and click “Submit” *After filling out the form, we have up to 48 hours to review your request. After approval, we will send you a shipping label by e-mail. 

Print out the label and stick it to your shipping box with clear tape. Make sure that you cover old labels with the new label or simply peel them off. You can also use a black marker to cover over existing barcodes. 

Returning user with MyAccount: Log in at (return account) 

Go to the website and click on My Account in the bottom right corner. 

Log in to your account using your email address and password. 

Locate the order you wish to return. Click on the “Return Item” link on the right-hand side (located under the shipping status of the order). 

Update the quantity field on the right. 

Select the reason for your return 

Select the return action: replacement, refund or credit note 

You have the opportunity to make additional comments or remarks for our review 

Click on the “Return request” button

Last But Not Least 

Make sure that the goods are unopened and shipped in the original carton. Remember that the products you are returning should be in the same condition as when you received them. 

It may take 5-7 business days for your return to reach the Mate Center. Once received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days. Please note that it may take 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account, depending on the credit card company.
